A few things people usually ask first.
Q1
What should I send with my first message?
Whatever you've got — a CAD set, a SketchUp or Revit file, PDFs of the plans, even a mood board. If it's early and messy, that's fine too; we'll flag anything missing on a quick call.
Q2
How fast can I actually get a render?
Stills usually land in 5–8 working days, walkthrough films in about three weeks. On a tight deadline? Tell us in your message and we'll say honestly whether it's doable.
Q3
Do you work with studios outside Harbinger?
All the time. We're based here off Waterside Dr, but plans travel by email — most of our projects never need you in the room. We handle it remotely, start to render.
Q4
How does paying work?
We invoice 50% to kick off and 50% on delivery. No retainers, no lock-in past the job — you pay for the shots you asked for and that's it.
